-Co-Op Project will touch base on the secret of consistency and also Mindset growth every week for participants.

The G.R.I.T Summer Camp is open to local Maryland youth hungry for trade skills, personal growth, and a disciplined career path.
What is the daily schedule?
Students experience a mix of hands-on shop time, safety training, and mentorship, transitioning from basic theory to real vehicle maintenance.
Is there a cost for the camp?
We strive to keep the camp accessible. Please inquire about our local community sponsorships and full-ride options for eligible students.
Is the environment safe?
Safety is our top priority. All instruction is highly supervised and follows industry standards to ensure students build confidence effectively.
What about prior skills?
Zero experience is needed to join. We seek dedicated individuals with mechanical curiosity and the grit to transform their futures.
